This is a note of high praise and thanks to Jackie and Karen. Two years ago, we made the difficult but smart decisions to leave the home that we raised our children in after 25 happy years. Jackie and Karen were so kind and compassionate and helped to make the transition joyful. Getting the house on the market was a big step and together they swooped in and quickly took care of all the details. They knew how to take care of business but still lead with their heart. Their experience in setting up our home for pictures and the brochures that were created were beautiful. After it was on the market, they were constantly doing follow-ups with other realtors and considering the feedback until in a short time, we sold! During the selling process we continued to look for our new home. Since Jackie and Karen work as partners there was always someone available to answer our questions. My husband and I probably looked at 15 homes with Jackie or Karen, and they never made us feel like it was too many. In fact, they made the search fun! Between them, they always kept our goals in mind which made the search easier and kept us on track to finding the best place. Soon we made our decision and again, with their behind-the-scenes discussions with the other realtor, we negotiated a price that we couldn't refuse. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better team to help see us through this major transition. They are kind, compassionate, organized, and knowledgeable about the business. They excel at keeping up with all the other parties and the details involved with the buying and selling of a home from relators to lenders to lawyers and everyone in between.
